What is inside me? Self Destruction/ Description

I face the world with a smile, no one knows what is hid inside. They see only happiness, they cant see the tears I've cried. When I am alone I hurt, because here I do it well. In front of all the watchful eyes my heaven turns to hell. The judge and jury awaits me, everyone has a say. In a life that hangs suspended for yet another day. Who are they to judge if what I have done is right or wrong? In the end I gave her up, but inside still sing her song. I don't know how to find the strength I thought I had. If only I could play tough it wouldn't be so bad. They say that life goes on and someday I'll smile again. But, how do they know my pain without being where I've been? I've traveled so far from home, and can't find my way back. Somewhere along the way I must have jumped the track. I saw her couple of days back and her smile is still the same. She looked at me so sweetly, but never spoke my name. I wonder if she remembers me. It hasn't been that long. Sh...

Love Hurts

It hurts when you are betrayed. When you feel you truly know someone and they behave in a way that is totally selfish and uncaring. When you see someone on a downward spiral and they either won't or don't seem to know how to put on the brakes. ************************************* You'll never know How much I loved you, How much I cared. You'll never know About my pain, About my broken heart. You'll never know How much I cried, Just lying on my bed, thinking of you! I can't Forget what I felt for you because it just doesn't go away. No matter how hard I try it seems I just can't move away. I'm caught along those false lines of so-called love. Where a heart remains Battered and broken in half. It hurts a lot that you just walk away, And I'm left trying to pick up the pieces and find my own way. It hurts a lot because you don't really care, When you said * I Love You * - it was just a way to ensnare.. The Endings Are Painful, Yet Again You Wi...

Sadness

Sadness is a feeling . It's one of the many normal human emotions, or moods, we all have. When you're sad, the world may seem dark and unfriendly. You might feel like you have nothing to look forward to. The hurt deep inside may crush your usually good mood. Sadness makes you feel like crying, and sometimes the tears are hard to stop. Crying often makes you feel better. Sometimes when your mood is sad, you just feel like being alone for a little while. Or you might want someone to comfort you or just keep you company while you go through the sad feeling. Talking about what has made you sad usually helps the sad feeling. But the base-line is TRUST GOD, HE WILL HELP. Ending your life is not the solution of any problem!

A beautiful story about LIFE

A young man was getting ready to graduate college. For many months he had admired a beautiful sports car in a dealer's showroom, and knowing his father could well afford it, he told him that was all he wanted. As Graduation Day approached, the young man awaited signs that his father had purchased the car. Finally, on the morning of his graduation his father called him into his private study. His father told him how proud he was to have such a fine son, and told him how much he loved him. He handed his son a beautiful wrapped gift box. Curious, but somewhat disappointed the young man opened the box and found a lovely, leather-bound Bible. Angrily, he raised his voice at his father and said, "With all your money you give me a Bible?" and stormed out of the house, leaving the holy book. Many years passed and the young man was very successful in business. He had a beautiful home and wonderful family, but realized his father was very old, and thought perhaps he should go to hi...

Look out for Simple Solutions

Case 1: One of the most memorable case studies on Japanese management was the case of the empty soapbox, which happened in one of Japan's biggest cosmetics companies. The company received a complaint that a consumer had bought a soapbox that was empty. Immediately the authorities isolated the problem to the assembly line, which transported all the packaged boxes of soap to the delivery department. For some reason, one soapbox went through the assembly line empty. Management asked its engineers to solve the problem. Post-haste, the engineers worked hard to devise an X-ray machine with high-resolution monitors manned by two people to watch all the soapboxes that passed through the line to make sure they were not empty. No doubt, they worked hard and they worked fast but they spent a Whoopee amount to do so. But when a rank-and-file employee in a small company was posed with the same problem, he did not get into complications of X-rays, etc., but instead came out with another solution...
